Cap Estate Association (CEA) is committed to the sustainable development of Cap Estate, St Lucia. We aim to enhance the quality of life for all residents and property owners by fostering a strong and inclusive community.

About CEA

CEA is a residential association established to foster community, support local infrastructure, and preserve the historical area as part of St Lucian heritage. We work to serve Cap Estate residents whilst maintaining the restrictive covenants.

“I have lived at Cap Estate since 1991 which now boasts of road signage, maintained roundabouts, LED public lighting, de-bushing, road maintenance and many more projects onstream. The transformation is remarkable and there is a great community spirit. I am a proud member of CEA and I encourage all residents to join.
