About CEA
Cap Estate Association (CEA) is a Community Based Organisation, established in 2019, comprising a group of residents and property owners in Cap Estate, north of St Lucia. Our organization is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Cap Estate through various community initiatives and collaborative efforts. We strive to foster a sense of belonging and unity among residents and property owners, working towards the common goal of creating a vibrant and sustainable neighbourhood. We identify matters of security, safety, and environmental issues within Cap Estate, acting on behalf of the entire community to oversee projects which improve our environs and sense of security, and addressing issues of concern or illegality. CEAC's mandate is that of a lobbying entity, speaking for and acting on behalf of the majority. CEA is ethical and all-inclusive, operating under the principle of absolute transparency.
