CEA oversee and / or collaborate with organisations on a variety of ongoing projects within Cap Estate to help maintain and improve the area's beautification, safety, infrastructure and wellbeing of it's residents.

 

Specific projects vary throughout the year but can include things like representing residents with government decisions, road signs and street lighting, infrastructure improvements and much more.

 

Below are some of the more visible projects the committee are currently working on.
