Your Support Matters.

As a member of Cap Estate Association, your annual membership fee will help the association achieve more on the community's behalf. The fees contribute towards ongoing projects in Cap Estate, admin expenses and helps increase the reserve fund, which may be required in the future for a larger project or legal fees. You can help us maintain our pleasant environment by paying the subscription.

Whilst the CEA are aiming to build up the reserve funds for unforeseen future situations, past recent projects where funds have been allocated include de-bushing, street signs and road markings.

The subscription is $200 EC per member per year. Larger donations will be gratefully accepted. You can pay online by card or in-person by cash or cheque.

Once you complete the membership form and paid your annual fee, CEA will invite you to the relevant WhatsApp groups and newsletter, allowing you to receive alerts and notifications on important information relevant to all residents as well as contributing further to the community.
