Welcome to the New Cap Estate Association Website
Updated: Aug 27
The Cap Estate Association (CEA) is pleased to launch our new website, creating a central online resource for residents, property owners and anyone with an interest in the Cap Estate community.
The website has been developed to make it easier to understand what the CEA does, keep up to date with issues affecting Cap Estate and encourage greater participation in the work of the Association.
Everything Cap Estate in one place
Through the website, residents can keep up to date with CEA news, community projects and important local developments, as well as access useful information about Cap Estate and the Association.
The site includes information on:
current and completed CEA projects and initiatives;
news and community updates;
CEA AGM minutes, reports and other documents;
information about the Cap Estate Association and its work;
useful maps and information about Cap Estate;
photographs and videos from around the community; and
information on how to join CEA, contact us or get involved.
The News & Updates section will continue to grow as a useful source of information on subjects affecting the community, including roads and infrastructure, planning and development, security, the environment and other matters of interest to Cap Estate residents.
Improving communication and engagement
One of the main objectives of the new website is to improve communication between the CEA and the wider Cap Estate community.
Not every resident is able to attend meetings or participate regularly in CEA activities, so the website provides another way to stay informed about what the Association is working on and the issues being raised on behalf of residents.
We also want the website to become a useful long-term resource about Cap Estate itself, helping residents and property owners better understand our community and the work being undertaken to protect and improve it.
We welcome your feedback
The website will continue to develop and new information will be added regularly.
If there is information you think would be useful to include, an issue you would like the CEA to highlight, or simply something we could improve, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
We hope the new website helps create a better informed, better connected and more engaged Cap Estate community.
